Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering for the Longboard Retreat in Fuerteventura. By registering, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Registration and Payment
To secure your spot, a deposit is required upon registration. Full payment must be made by the specified deadline. Payments can be made through the provided payment methods.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
a. Cancellations made by participants before the specified deadline are eligible for a partial refund.
b. Cancellations made after the specified deadline are non-refundable.
c. In the event that the retreat is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be eligible for a full refund.
3. Travel and Insurance
Participants are responsible for their travel arrangements to and from Fuerteventura, as well as travel insurance covering health, accidents, and trip cancellations.
4. Health and Medical Considerations
Participants should inform the organizers of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements in advance. It is advised that participants are in good health to fully enjoy the retreat's activities.
5. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly throughout the retreat. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive by the organizers may result in removal from the retreat without refund.
6. Activities and Itinerary
The retreat's activities and itinerary are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions. The organizers will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives.
7. Liability and Waiver
Participants understand and acknowledge that engaging in longboarding and other activities involves inherent risks. The organizers, instructors, and venue owners are not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or expenses incurred during the retreat.
8. Intellectual Property
Participants grant the organizers the right to use photographs and videos taken during the retreat for promotional purposes.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for retreat-related communication and will not be shared with third parties.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the retreat is held.
